I have been teaching fourth grade for over 20 years, with a strong focus on Math and Science. My teaching philosophy centers on using student data to guide instruction and ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed. Through diagnostic assessments and ongoing progress monitoring, I tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of my students and help them reach their full potential. My primary goal is to foster meaningful student growth while building the skills and confidence needed for academic achievement.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children. I also love staying active through sports, cooking for my family, and working in the garden. These interests help me bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a balanced perspective to my teaching every day.
